Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of premiumwrists.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & pricing
We take care to describe every piece accurately; slight variations in dial texture, leather grain and finish are characteristics of hand-made goods, not defects. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable duties when calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, and will offer a full refund where an error affects an order already placed.
3. Orders & payment
An order is accepted when we email dispatch confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable, in which case payment is refunded in full.
4. Delivery & risk
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you on signed delivery; title passes on receipt of full payment. Every shipment is insured by us until that point.
5. Returns
Unworn pieces with intact protective seals may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our FAQ. Statutory rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
6. Warranty
Watches carry a five-year international warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid with proof of purchase. It does not cover normal wear, straps, crystals, or damage from misuse or unauthorized service.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, photography, text and marks — belongs to Premium Wrists and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
